What went into it.

A butterfly roofline over a steel-reinforced ICF shell, stone feature walls, and full-height thermally-broken aluminium glazing that opens the living space straight onto a wraparound pool deck.

Designed for the specific parcel and its orientation, built by our own crew, finished to move-in standard, and sold. It is no longer available — it is here because it is the clearest answer to “what do you actually build?”
